Since my last update, Lincolnshire ICB have informed me that the deadline to complete the survey for the Cliff Villages Medical Practice Dispensary is now 12 noon on Tuesday 24 March.

The details are copied here and the link for the survey can be found in the comments below. ⬇

Paper copies of the survey are available at the practice and these should also be returned by 12 noon on Tuesday 24 March.

In addition to the survey, the ICB is holding a few informal drop-in listening sessions where patients can speak directly with ICB staff about their experiences or any concerns. Patients may attend at any time during the sessions.

If patients need support to complete the survey, require the information in another format, another language, or need an interpreter, they can contact the ICB Engagement Team at [email protected] or call 07814 939 396.

Once the listening exercise has concluded, the feedback will be reviewed and the ICB will confirm the next steps for dispensing arrangements at the practice, considering regulatory requirements, patient access to medicines, and the need to maintain safe and sustainable services.

The ICB will keep stakeholders informed as this work progresses.
