Thank you to Amplius for inviting me to visit Sleaford HRS which supports people aged 18 and over who are homeless, vulnerably housed or at risk of losing their accommodation.
It was great to meet Anna, Phil and the wider team who are very dedicated to the people they support through the scheme in North Kesteven. I was privileged to meet some of the service users and hear how they've been able to use the scheme to piece their lives together after experiencing some very difficult times.
