I met with DWP Minister Baroness Sherlock OBE to discuss issues that my constituents have raised with me about the Child Maintenance Service.
I have received representations from numerous paying and receiving parents who have said that the system isn't working for them.
I raised particular concerns about inaccuracies and the DWP's processing of CMS cases - and the impact this can have on parents and the children they are caring for.
