Yesterday evening, I held an adjournment debate on NHS Dentistry in Lincolnshire. Difficulties in accessing NHS dental services is common in my constituency of Sleaford and North Hykeham, and across our rural county.
Having listened to many constituents' concerns about access to local NHS dental services, I have secured an adjournment debate next Wednesday (20th October) to raise this issue in the Commons.
At the moment, IVF treatment on the NHS is being denied to women locally if their partner has a child from a previous relationship as this is the policy of our local CCG. Nowhere else is healthcare restricted to someone with a medical condition on the basis of somebody else’s past history.
