Our rural communities rely on our roads network for work, travel and leisure purposes. I successfully secured £110 million of Government investment for North Hykeham Relief Road in 2019, and I will continue to work with partners on this project.

Ancaster Potholes Update

Many constituents have contacted me regarding the condition of Ermine Street, Ancaster. I have therefore pressed Lincolnshire County Council for an update on when works on improving the road will begin.

Meeting with Silk Willoughby Parish Council

I recently held a constituency meeting with Silk Willoughby Parish Council who expressed their concerns regarding the amount of HGV traffic passing through the village and the subsequent noise disturbance this causes for residents living on London Road.

Further Update - Ruskington B1188 Crossing

I am delighted to have been informed that works are due to start w/c 2nd August for approximately three weeks to install a zebra crossing over the B1188 near Winchelsea Primary School.

Update on Ruskington B1188 Zebra Crossing

Further to my post on 6th January, I have been informed that the work on the zebra crossing at Ruskington B1188 Rectory Road has been delayed to later in 2022. I understand that the reason for the delay is that some of the equipment was not available for the planned start date in April.
