Gareth Davies MP and I were pleased to welcome the Rt Hon Mark Spencer MP, Minister for Food, Farming and Fisheries, to Lincolnshire where we met with local farmers, the Environment Agency, the NFU, Lincolnshire Police and council representatives.
Farmers were keen to discuss important matters for our rural communities such as food production, grant funding, rural crime and flooding responses. It was also great for the local agencies to meet together to promote joined-up thinking and discuss how we can work together to overcome future challenges.
